I found the room comfortable and quiet. It included coffee, fluffy towels, a comfortable bed, excellent pillows, good lighting, fresh air, and a blackout curtain. The shower worked just right. Victor provided helpful hints on local activities and a great restaurant recommendation near the location. Vincent greeted us warmly and promptly supplied extra items we needed.
I noticed the bathroom door required some force to close properly.

The staff helped me with directions and recommendations. Such thoughtful service! I found the location convenient. It was near several metro stations, made getting around so easy. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Everything felt so fresh. My heavy suitcase was no problem at ALL.

I found the staff very helpful. They offered great transport advice upon arrival from Charles de Gaulle airport. The express breakfast includes juice and coffee. I also appreciated fresh pastries.
The bathroom door needed excessive force for closing properly. A towel rack was loose on the door. This small maintenance issue could improve guest experience.
